Getting there & route plan
- Arrange a taxi pickup at Vikos village before setting out
- Carry at least 2 L water; springs can run seasonally
- Follow the O3 red-and-white waymarks
- Start by 08:00 and avoid the midday climb in high summer
Safety reality check
There is little phone signal and no easy exit between the villages. Avoid after heavy rain or during extreme heat. The Voidomatis springs are cold and fast; do not enter swollen water.
